Customer Service (Client Care Advocates)

Integrated Insurance Services is seeking talented individuals to join our Team as Bilingual (Spanish/English) Client Care and Senior Client Care Advocates. Advocates are responsible for ensuring that each client member receives a delightful customer service experience when assistance is required for the explanation of benefit programs, enrollment or changes in their benefit selections or the processing of insurance claims.

The Client Care Advocate will research and respond to client inquiries, received via phone, fax or email, involving various aspects of their benefits. He/she documents client member issues and the steps taken to achieve resolution. The CCA regularly works with carriers and providers to verify benefit eligibility status and correct or process insurance claims. Maintaining a high degree of professionalism, he/she will care for clients in a calm and courteous manner. The CCA may assist in the preparation and presentation of Integrated Insurance Services at open enrollment meetings and other client events. As a member of the Client Care, this individual will be an integral part of the team assisting fellow Advocates in achieving their service goals.

REQUIREMENTS
Client Care and Senior Client Advocate candidates are required to have six months to two years of insurance/employee benefits and customer service related experience and/or training is required. Experience in a carrier, brokerage, medical office or human resources environment preferred. High School Diploma or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Intermediate computer and typing skills and excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Fluent written and oral bilingual skills (Spanish/English) required.
