DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform any and all duties as assigned by management to include; mail services, reprographics services, fax services, and messenger services.
Deliver small packages and mail to various sites and locations
Maintain highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude at all times.
Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment.
This position requires regular work on various applications.
Know, understand and adhere to business procedure guidelines at all times.
Take direction from supervisor or site manager as required.
Participate in cross training of responsibilities as appropriate.
Maintain all logs and reporting documentation as required.
Understand and adhere to all safety procedures.
Ability to work overtime
Ability to work weekends
Effectively communicate both verbally and written, with clients and company personnel.
Customer service oriented.
Effectively work individually or in a team environment.
Demonstrate competency in performing multiple functional tasks.

REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION:
A high school diploma or equivalent GED preferred, but not required.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 6 months customer service related experience preferred.
Essential functions of position require:
Handling up to a maximum of 55 pounds
Ability to walk, sit, stand or sit for long periods (possibly entire shift)
Must have a valid drivers license with a clear driving record (clear is defined as fewer than three moving violations within the past three years)
Must be able provide proof of liability insurance
Position Description: Housed in the Central Inventory Building. Inventory and kitting of all machine parts. Requires driving a van to and from a warehouse located 15 minutes away atleast twice daily. Valid driver's license required. Background and drug testing performed. Forklift training provided, experience preferred. Candidate must also work in the mailroom, sorting and delivering mail, shipping and receiving, lifting heavy boxes. Training provided for use of a handheld computer tracking system to log incoming/existing parts and packages. Sitting and/or standing for long periods. Communicating with customer directly and professionally. Must also be available to help in tending to printers and copier equipment, i.e. clearing paper jams, changing toner. Experience preferred, but training provided. Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word experience preferred. Uniform shirt, gloves and goggles provided. Steel toe shoes required, jeans preferred. 8 hour day although hours may vary from 7am - 5:30pm depending on task.
