Modern Technologies, Inc. (MTG) and its subsidiaries located in Medford NJ is recruiting for an experienced individual to support our growing Electronics Department in both a Customer Service and Administrative Support capacity.

Job Description: Customer Service / Administrative Support
MTG is currently seeking applicants for the position of Customer Service / Administrative Support. You must be experienced, creative, motivated and willing to take ownership.
This position requires putting the needs of the customer first. You will be challenged to innovate and encouraged to apply your skills and background to support our team. The Customer Service / Administrative Support Candidate will manage day to day relationships with Customers, Account Executives, Electronics Technicians and Warehouse personnel. The Customer Service / Administrative Support will be the point of contact for all clerical related issues in the Electronics Department, both internal and external.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Customer support for members of the Electronics DepartmentExpedite Phone InquiriesMaintain Phone Log/Take/Relay external and internal messagesRespond to routine e-mail inquiriesComplete Order ProcessingFax RequestsData entry and data base managementCustomer maintenanceSales Order EntriesRMA EntriesProduction entriesDaily serial number entriesGenerate labelsMaintain Daily Returns Log in the form of an Excel spreadsheetOrder RequisitionsCorresponds with Departments – Electronics/Purchasing on product requirementsReturns o Issue RMA numbersFax RMA’s o RMA entries/PostingMonitors all RMA activity related to ElectronicsTrack progress using UPS Quantum ViewProcesses Call Tags – Package RetrievalInsures timely, thorough processing of all paperworkMaintains and accurate and organized filing systemAssists in special projects as requested
