Responsibilities:
The Primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, handling large volumes of incoming customer calls to completion, in excess of 100 calls per day.

Requirements:
-At least 3 years customer service experience
-Able to handle large volumes of incoming customer calls to completion
-Mature, Dependable, Quick Learner
-Must have Good Verbal and Written communication skills
-Excellent phone etiquette
-Basic knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word
-Must type minimum of 35 wpm
-Good 10 key skills
