Customer Order Representative

The Customer Order Representative must have the following experience:


- Oracle


- SAP



JOB SUMMARY:


The Customer Order Representative will review, prepare and process sales orders. Respond to customer and field sales inquiries. Responsible for coordinating shipments and installation with customer/sales/trainer. Responsible for processing exchanges, returns and RMA's. Responsible for order management for assigned territories.



Responsibilities:


- Maintain currency of, and adhere to applicable GMP and ISO 9001 processes and procedures. Abide by state and federal employment laws.


- Review Customer Orders and Terms and Conditions.


- Process Orders, and allocate shipments.


- Handle customer and sales rep phone inquiries.


- Process returns, exchanges, cancellations, and price adjustments. Arrange transportation and return of product.


- Manage orders, including backlog management.


- Communicate customer needs and build priorities to Production planners.


- Track orders to ensure timely shipment.


- Plan and perform inventory transactions between stockrooms as necessary.



REQUIREMENTS:


- Three to five (3-5) years experience in Order Administration.


- College degree or equivalent preferred.


- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.


- Must work well in a team environment.


- Experience with ERP and MRP systems


- Proficient with Excel and MS Office Applications.
