Customer Contact Representative

To add to our team of talented people, we are currently seeking a Customer Contact Representative within our Customer Service Department.
Customer Contact Representative will:
Provide good customer service through one-call resolution on the 50 to 100 calls received on a daily basis.
Consistently delight the customer through communication, caring, competence, commitment and creativity.
Assist customers with technical questions regarding installation, trouble shooting, and hardware operation.
Effectively work on Customer Retention Team.
Accurately respond to questions regarding billing and payments.
Generate revenue by selling multiple entertainment products and services as well as satellite systems and accessories.
Utilize Windows based computer applications, intranet based applications and ledger based billing systems to process customer inquires.
Assist customer billing by asking for and accepting payments via credit card even on disconnected non-payment accounts.
Determine call types to provide good customer service by providing data and feedback to enhance call center operations.
Maintain performance standards in regards to productivity, quality assurance scores, attendance, sales, etc.
Maintain professional appearance, behavior and conduct.
Effectively work with peers in a team focused environment.
Ability to be flexible with your training or work schedule. Able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed.

job Requirements
All qualified candidates will have the following:
Must be 18 years of age or older and posses a high school diploma or GED
6 months or more customer service experience in a call center, retail or food service is preferred
Must successfully complete the pre-employment assessment and be able to pass a drug and background screen
Ability to be flexible with your training and work schedule and must be able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, extra time and overtime as needed.
Business dress attire required.
Facial or body piercing are not permitted and should be removed and not displayed on the premises, including tongue piercing. In cases when a piercing cannot be removed, it must be covered.
Tattoos must be covered and not visible.
Hairstyles and hair coloring that are deemed distractive are not permitted.
Bilingual candidates must be fluent in English and one of the following: Spanish, Russian, Korean, Chinese-Mandarin/Chinese-Cantonese, Armenian, Portuguese, Polish and Ukrainian.
