These positions require assist customers, answer questions, solve complex underwriting problems and accurately interpret insurance guidelines over the telephone. Reliable, self-motivated individuals with excellent problem solving and computer skills that have the ability to handle multiple responsibilities are invited to apply.
A High School Diploma/equivalency required along with at least one year of continuous customer service experience in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. Computer proficiency, problem solving/decision-making ability, and excellent verbal, written and listening skills a must.
Start date: November 13, 2006.
Schedule: Monday-Saturday, Sundays and Thursdays off.
9 am - 5:45 pm.
$13-15.50 (depending on experience), plus a 5% shift differential.
