ProThera, Inc., located in Reno, NV, supplies high-quality nutritional supplements to healthcare professionals worldwide to support patient care. We are seeking outgoing, energetic applicants for a full time Customer Service Representative in Reno. Ideal candidates will have a positive personality and the ability to interact with customers over the phone. Need to provide courteous customer service and perform data entry. Prior phone experience preferred.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with orders
• Interact with customers and determine their needs
• Identify products/services relevant to customer’s interest
• Answer product and service related questions
• Enter orders and customer data into computer
• Perform administrative tasks associated with office operations

Required qualifications:
• Outgoing personality and caring disposition
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and work well in a dynamic environment
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
• Ability to maintain positive working relationships
• Good computer and typng skills with basic proficiency in MS Word


Starting salary is $15.00 per hour. Benefits include excellent medical, dental, and vision insurance plans. Monday through Friday work schedule.
