Customer Care Representative - Technical

To add to our team of talented people, we are currently seeking multiple Technical Customer Service Representatives within our Harlingen Customer Service Center.






The responsibilities of this role include:



Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:

Provide quality technical customer service through one-call resolution and establish long-term customer relations.

Accurately respond to questions regarding technical issues relating to Dish Network service.

Sell multiple entertainment products and services as well as hardware and accessories.

Assist customers with technical questions regarding installation, trouble-shooting and hardware operation.

Assist operations department to determine call types and to provide a highly motivated level of customer service.

Minimum qualifications to be considered are:


High School Diploma or GED

Applicants must be 18 years of age

Schedule Flexibility

Prefer prior customer service experience
