Customer Care Representative - Waynesboro VA 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM shift
We are currently seeking friendly, service oriented people in our state-of-the-art call center to
provide world class customer service to our wireless PCS customers. Qualified applicants will be
energetic problem solvers, excellent communicators and good listeners with computer and internet
proficiency. Customer service or sales backgrounds are preferred. Requires working rotating weekends
and holidays.
Starting pay is $10.56/hr and increases to $11.27/hr after 6 months, plus shift premium of $0.75/hr,
and target commission of $500/month. Our Customer Care Representatives average over $29,000
per year in base salary, shift premium and commissions. This entry level position also offers
