The Customer Care Coordinator serves as the assistant to the Director of Customer Care and provides administrative support to the Customer Care department. As a Customer Care Coordinator you will be expected to perform the following functions:Answers homeowner phone calls and provides information and assistance in courteous and respectful mannerCoordinates appointment scheduling between Customer Care Representatives, Homeowners (HO) and Business Partners (BP)Researches and prepares periodic detailed and summary Status ReportsPrepares Time Period Analysis ReportUpdates Customer Care/Reporting and Walk-thru sign-offs databasesResponsible for follow-up on work completions, related invoicing, computer inputs/retrievals, faxing, and all TLC appointment schedulingComposes and sends letters and other communications to homeownersMaintains HO filing system and keeps individual HO files up-to-dateDemonstrates knowledge of the warranty programMaintains supply of orientation/service forms, all necessary binds, videos, and warranty documents Lennar makes it easy to map out your future success with a wide variety of opportunities for career growth in the most desirable real estate markets. REQUIREMENTS
Requirements for Customer Care CoordinatorHigh School Diploma or equivalentProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and experience with Lotus Notes or other C-Mail systemsExcellent interpersonal skills when interacting with internal and external customersStrong problem-solving and clerical skillsStrong oral and written communication skillsMust work independently and in organized mannerMust be able to multi-task, work under pressure, and as an effective team member with all associates at all staffing levels
