Members of this team have responsibility for processing and expediting financial service transactions from our partners, policy owners, third parties and internal customers. Must be proficient with identifying requests, processing casework, and delivering exceptional service either through personal contact with the customers, the use of technical equipment to process financial transactions while maintaining an awareness of the affects on the gain and loss balance. Must be proficient with distinguishing the type of requests received and which business area has responsibility for processing. Must also be able to identify system output and maintain departmental equipment. Must be able to process basic service requests and see to completion of casework through established processes and procedures.
Process financial service transactions received from our customers. Maintaining superior quality service while meeting or exceeding departmental standards and customer expectations.
Correspond with clients via verbal and/or telephone communication. Provide accurate and useful information to the customers in a timely manner
Comprehend and exhibit skills depicting Customer Focus. Possess skills for providing service that exemplifies good standards.
Demonstrates satisfactory communication skills.
High school Diploma and equivalent work experience required. *
Solid verbal and organizational skills are essential.
LOMA 1 and 2 are preferred or ability to achieve within a year of hire.
Ability to perform effectively individually and as part of a team.
Candidate must be able to adapt quickly to a changing environment and able to change priorities on a short notice.

Salary- maximum $20,000 - $21,000
