Classification: Temporary to Full Time Compensation: $10.00 to $10.50 per hour An Urbandale company is looking for a call center representative. This position would require taking inbound calls from current customers, answering questions, providing solutions and superior customer service skills. Ideal applicant would be able to work in a fast paced, team environment, provide strong attention to detail and the ability to work on the phones for the entire working shift.
