Job Duties:We are seeking a self-directed individual to be responsible for all aspects of the cost accounting and reporting systems for a rapidly growing radio frequency (RF) manufacturing operation. Under minimal supervision, this person will ensure that revenue cost of sales, gross margin, inventory, inventory reserves and accounts receivable balances are properly recorded, controlled and presented. This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities, but interacts with accounting, operations personnel, and Sr. management on a daily basis.Responsibilities:
* Provides financial decision-making information by collecting, analyzing, and reporting cost data.* Determines cost of operations by establishing standard costs; maintain item costs for accuracy of raw material, labor and overhead.* Guides cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures; providing trends and forecasts; explaining processes and techniques; recommending actions.* Recommends actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; studying proposed changes in methods and materials.* Confirms costs by collecting, interpreting, and reporting data.* Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

Analyzing Information, Reporting Research Results, Financial Software, Statistical Analysis, Excellent verbal & written communication skills, GAAP, Budgeting, Forecast, Attention to Detail, Confidentiality, Tracking Budget Expenses, Cost Accounting, Accounting, MS Excel and Access, ISO 9001 Manufacturing or Distribution background.Education / Experience:
This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited 4-Year University and 2-4 years of progressive accounting experience. Strong knowledge and experience with Cost Accounting is required.
