Corproate Support Coordinator
DESCRIPTION
Labor Finders, the nation’s fastest growing privately owned staffing company, is seeking a Corporate Support Coordinator. The position is part of a newly formed, 4-person high-performance workgroup with responsibilities for supporting corporate and branch operations in a project-based environment led by the Director of Corporate Communications and Training.
The core function includes a combination of mission-critical projects, such as handling all logistics of new office openings, and providing general support to our 27 branch offices with supply ordering and tracking; employee cell-phone issuing and tracking; and initial processing of temporary employee garnishment notices. Limited administrative support is also provided to various corporate departments as assigned.This is a great opportunity for a career-minded hard worker willing to do the less-glamorous-but-crucial tasks to perfection while rising to the occasion of assignments that stretch their abilities and build their skills.
The team includes the receptionist and training assistant and requires cross training for each and filling in as assigned. This position will provide an opportunity to take on “stretch” assignments, such as supporting the production of computer and Web-based training materials and webinars, newsletters and other communications, and event planning and execution.
All team members will be taught and follow consistent time and project management procedures and will be expected to support each other in accomplishing project goals.ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
?Ordering and maintaining office equipment and supplies, both at corporate and field offices
?Back-up to the receptionist position and all related duties
?Oversees the smooth running of the corporate office administration functions
?Maintains good working relationships with vendors; responsible for ordering supplies and required follow-up
?Do follow-up on maintenance and repair as directed
?Monitoring all files related to the company's Net Profit program, whereby the temporary workforce provides forms used in securing corporate tax credits
?Assist with developing procedures and policies for office activities, such as filing, records maintenance, ordering of supplies, faxing, mail distribution, and phone usage
