Corporate Recruiter
Forensic Engineering Firm seeking a Corporate Recruiter.We are seeking a dynamic Corporate Recruiter to work in our Greenway Plaza location.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
* Source, recruit, screen, interview and make recommendations for clerical, technical, sales, engineering and professional applicants for corporate and multiple branches nationwide.* Monitor incoming staffing requisitions, prepare written job descriptions, compose employment ads for newspapers, internet and other job boards.* Proactively source applicants through internet research tools using Monster, CareerBuilder and engineering web sites.* Set up interviews with managers, including coordination of applicant travel with the Rimkus in-house travel coordinator.* Serve as applicant liaison during interview/hiring process.* Perform applicant background checks including: criminal background, degree/license and certifications as well as references.* Prepare offer letters and rejection letters and ensure that employment applications are kept on file.* Prepare weekly status report for Board of Directors for all open staffing requisitions.* Oversee the orientation and training process for new employees.* Provide non-recruiting professional and administrative support to the HR department as needed

REQUIREMENTS
* Minimum of 5+ years of Engineering Recruiting experience in a Corporate Human Resources Department.* Familiar with HR concepts and FLSA compliance issues.* Associates degree preferred.* Professional appearance and must be able to articulate well with all levels of management and personnel.* MS Office skills are required.
