Sales professionals should expect to make $80,000 - $100,000+ first year (the majority of which will be commission / performance driven, so there is no cap).
Professionalism plus the ability to learn quickly and follow direction are a few of the primary requirements for success. While previous commission based sales experience is helpful(regardless of industry), it is not required. Direct Office Solutions provides the most comprehensive training in the industry.
Summary
Works as a consultant with Owners and Presidents of Arizona based businesses to help them significantly reduce their operating expenses in the area of document production, management, and communication.Primary Responsibilities
Successful Sales Executives will be experts in the compilation of prospective sales leads. These leads usually come from a variety of sources such as business directories, trade shows, cold calling, and web sites to name a few. Sales Executives travel daily throughout their assigned territories to call on prospective and current accounts. They keep up with business expenses and transaction reporting. Sales Executives work through a collaborative process with prospective clients to identify areas of potential savings/improvement, and then make recommendations, obtain terms of credit, make sales contract preparation, and agree on implementation schedules. Often times they work with the sales support team to make sure that account activities, and customer service related details are being taken care of. Sales Executives help coordinate customer training, and the entry of customer data into the client relationship database.Sales Executives expand the opportunity in client accounts through proper account management and professional work ethic.Through proper management of their assigned territory, a tenured Sales Executive should earn in excess of $200,000/yr their third year.
