II. Job Description:
I. INTERVIEWING/MATCHING CARE PROVIDERS:
Conducts the majority of interviews (unless unavailable) of all care provider candidates
Checks references and keeps written record of such information, and inactivates/re-activates existing care providers as deemed appropriate
Makes all arrangements to place care providers on assignments, including establishing their pay and developing detailed instructions for directions to the CR home
II. CARE COORDINATION:
Fills openings on all existing and new care recipient cases
Addresses all changes and issues regarding care coordination which are communicated by the care recipients to OPTIONS
Attends to the needs of all assignments in a thorough manner, and maintains a good rapport and relationship with the care recipients and their families and with the care providers
Assists the Branch Manager with his/her sales efforts, preparation for marketing events, dispatching circulars, and other activities as deemed necessary by the Branch Manager
III. CARE PROVIDER PAYROLL:
Gathers information on attendance at existing clients, start-ups at new client families, and the ending of assignments, and faxes such information as billing notes to the Corporate Office in Silver Spring on a weekly basis
Gathers pay information to care providers on a weekly basis, and passes it on to Accounting at the Head Office on existing company forms made for this purpose. Reviews the final CP Payout report for these care providers every week and obtains approval from Head Office prior to check issuance
Ensures that all changes and updates to CP/CR/Client addresses and/or telephone numbers are made on a weekly basis
Tallies the CP Payout and billing notes, including weekly start and end dates of all assignments
IV. PAGER/DATA MAINTENANCE:
Assumes full responsibility of the pager as directed by the Branch Manager and ensures that all pages (without exception) are responded to within a period NOT to exceed 15-20 minutes
Prepares self before the end of each day and before the end of the week to be well equipped in handling no shows and/or new assignments by soliciting dependable and trusted CPs to be on standby, thereby keeping updated CP lists and current short lists
Backs up all Access and Quicken data from the computer at least once a week
Maintains the Access and Quicken data and submits weekly reports to the Head Office as directed by Management
III. Benefits:

branch performance (three months “wait”)
Direct Deposit: Paycheck is paid bi-weekly (one week lag time)
