We are seeking an HR Assistant-Administrative person to provide recruiting and administrative support to the HR team as well as general administrative support.Responsiblities include:Staffing and New Associate AdministrationProvide training support as needed. E.g. reserving rooms, ordering food & beverages, ensuring training materials are ready, etc.
Administer the Resource Centers as needed including partnering with various sites to/field staff to ensure resources are available, checked out/in to encourage self development.
General Administrative functions including assisting the Receptionist/Front Desk staff as needed to ensure appropriate coverage is provided for call volume and site visitors. (where applicable)Strong oral and written communication skills including ability to communicate professionally and assertively with all levels in the company, including Sr. Management.
MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint experience, advanced to expert level
Knowledge of internet, intermediate
Strong presentation skills
Data entry proficiency
Experience copying and collating materials
Ability to assist associates experiencing difficult work and/or life situations by directing to appropriate HR or management members.
Ability to keep information confidential
Ability to multi task extensively and shift direction quickly in an organized and effective manner.
Ability to work a flexible and adjustable shift based on business needs.
High School Diploma or GED; or, equivalent experience/training; or, combination of both. (plus 2 years professional administrative experience). 6 months of Human Resources administrative experience is preferred.
REQUIREMENTS
