Contract Analyst

Our client is seeking a senior analyst to support and help re-engineer an existing software contracts negotiation process. This assignment involves meeting with and documenting the needs of a variety of stakeholders including executives from sales, finance, and legal. This is a very interesting opportunity to work with a company that expects to grow 30% a year over the next three years.

Our client is the leader in several of its product segments and desires to create a world-class contracts process to help increase sales success while driving profitability.

This is a 3+ month contract position.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications needed:

1. A very solid understanding of the internal contracts process and workflow (preferably with B to B software).
2. Experience with process re-engineering and process improvement.
3. Ability to document current processes, needs of various stakeholders, and gaps/problems that exist.
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.


Desireable experience:
1. Past experience working within contracts organization of medium to large B to B software company.
2. MBA.
