Contact Center Representative

The position of Contact Center Representative is responsible for providing a professional level of service and support to all customers and employees that utilize the Contact Center for a variety of purposes and facilities recommended action in a manner consistent with Slumberland and Contact Center guidelines.
Duties

Receive, respond, and manage initial requests for services from customers/users through a variety of means including phone calls, mail, stores, emails, etc. in a professional and timely manner.

Arranging operational processes to facilitate action necessary.

Scheduling deliveries, exchanges, or return of merchandise.

Negotiate resolutions with customers/vendors.

Collecting payments from customers and recording them appropriately.

Typical Schedule - Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pmJob Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Minimum one year administrative and/or customer service experience

Basic computer knowledge

Basic mathematical skills

Excellent phone etiquette

Time management and organizational skills

Positive customer contact skills
