Consumer Answer Center Representative
Part-Time with Full-Time potential

Providing our high standards of customer service to Kohler consumers involves troubleshooting and resolving a wide range of issues as effectively and efficiently as possible. Responsibilities include listening to customer needs, analyzing alternatives and promoting company products and services.

To qualify, we require a high school education (or the equivalent), 2+
years of work experience, preferably in a customer service role, and must be bilingual.

The ideal candidate will be computer literate and exhibit exceptional
phone skills. Bilingual highly preferred.
