Consignment Controls Coordinator
Enviro-Tec, a Johnson Controls company is recruiting for our Customer Care Dept. This position is responsible for coordinating all the required information needed for mount and wire controls sent in from our customers and confirm all information is accurate.
The Duties include but aren't limited to:
* Sending out consignment notices once order is received
* Coordinating receipt of controls with the warehouse
* Interpreting wiring diagrams and bill of materials to make
sure we are getting all required components
* Communicating with Engineering on any issues that come up with
controllers and relaying any information back to the
representative
* Assisting with data entry

Applicants must have excellent computer skills with Microsoft experience including Excel. Also knowledge of SmartQuote and Fourth Shift are a plus. Ability to work in a fast paced and challenging
environment. Must be accurate and detail oriented.
