Compensation Analyst
Job Description
Planning, administration and communication of compensation programs. Completes compensation surveys.
Analyzes and evaluates jobs.
Participates in Variable pay design and plan administration.
Updates plan documents, tables, schedules, and communication materials.
Plans, implements, administers base pay compensation. Reviews policy/procedures and recommends revisions as appropriate.
Evaluates the effectiveness of compensation programs/systems and recommends design changes.
Communicates policy or program changes. Monitors/audits salary transaction to insure compliance and accuracy. Projects and
tracks short-term and long-term incentive expenses. Consults management on all compensation matters.

REQUIREMENTS
The candidate should possess the following:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field
Knowledge of laws governing compensation
Proven problem solving and analysis skills
Good quantitative skills with basic knowledge of statistics and forecasting methods
Strong communication skills
Strong planning and organization skills
Proficient with spreadsheets, database, presentation software
Preferred:Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, or Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field Compensation or Human Resource experience in restaurant and/or retail industries
