The Community Associate is an integral part of the Ladders team. This is an entry level position for someone with strong research skills and a desire to make an impact in a fast-paced, high-growth Internet environment. This position requires a deep understanding of the Internet in general, corporate website structures, various industries, companies, job functions, job responsibilities, general corporate structure, and an impeccable attention to detail. This position also requires significant judgment as to the authenticity and validity of research results.
This position will help form general business and Internet research skills. Ideal hours for this position are 4 – 7 during the week and 12 – 5 on Sunday. There is some flexibility with course schedule.
Responsibilities
•Internet Research: Dig deep into the nooks and crannies of the Internet to find the most relevant information for our subscribers
•Customer Service: Respond to a wide variety of customer concerns, from technical support to life and career advice via email, phone and live chat
