CollectionsSeveral openings in Mt. Laurel, NJ for 3rd party Collections positions.
In Mt. Laurel, our client is looking for Collections experience in a high volume call center or customer service department.Calls will be made from a dialer for outbound calls.Responsibilities:Assist customers who are calling in.Contact customers to set up payment arrangements on past due accounts.Previous experience in medical collections is a plus.
Computer literate.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.Must have the ability to work 40 hours a week with hours that require 2 nights per week: either Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday nights, from 12:15pm-9pm; and 3 days per week from 8am until 6:45pm, plus one Saturday a month from 8a-12noon.Must have own transportation.This is a full-time position that pays from $9 - $10 per hour based on experience.
REQUIREMENTSAt least 1 year customer service/call center/collections experience
Must be computer literate in MS Word and data entry
