General Management
Reports to: Loan Servicing SupervisorResponsibilities to Include:
Review original consumer loan packages as needed to assist Loan Administrator in regards to pre-funding due diligence on timeshare and land accounts.
Assure all required documents are received and note discrepancies back to the Loan Administrator.
Timely process consumer files and ensure that the files are organized and secure on all new fundings.
Also process all post funding documents with the same care and attention.
Prepare releases, reassignments, and cover letters to be returned with all files that have been approved to be returned to the developer.
Ensure that these documents and files are complete and returned in a timely fashion.
Communicate with borrowers, custodians, title companies, attorneys as needed to facilitate the receipt and return of files.
Access computerized inventory log to track all files and post funding documentation entries.
Update and maintain such inventory logs regularly to ensure accuracy.
Monitor post funding documentation exceptions.
Report out to the Loan Administrator quarterly on where each account stands with outstanding post funding documents.
Perform a reconciliation of account to trial balance for each account on a quarterly basis to assure all accounts that are no longer in Textron’s Portfolio have been returned to the borrower.
Assist with the verification process in accordance with policies as needed.
Perform telephone verifications to both US and Mexican residents as needed.A Textron Company
REQUIREMENTS
Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred.Position Requirements:
Must be very organized and can adapt to changing priorities.
Ability to multi task is important.
Prior office experience required.
Preferred experience in banking or consumer finance.
Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills.
Strong command of Microsoft Office Software, specifically Word and Excel.
Bilingual in Spanish preferred.License and Certification Requirements:
