Primary responsibilities include:


Assisting Medicaid and Medicare members in a call center setting


Administering telephonic case assessments; determining client needs and authorizing medical services


Making routine discharge follow up calls/assessments as needed

Job Requirements:

Bilingual skills in Spanish, Vietnamese or Chinese are required. A Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Vocational Nurse (LVN) is preferred. Prior experience in home health, Medicare and Medicaid is ideal. Proficiency in MS Office applications is needed. A Bachelor's degree in a health-related field will be valuable.
