Client Teams ARTS Coordinator

Advantage Sales & Marketing is seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual with strong analytical abilities to join our ARTS team. Preferred locations are Irvine, California; Anaheim, California; Minneapolis, MN; Bentonville, AR; Texas: Austin, San Antonio, Dallas or Houston; and Pittsburgh, PA. The position plays a key role in support of one of our Retail Dedicated teams setting up programs, defining/debugging reporting, and maintaining data that supports hundreds of personnel in the field. As a member of this team, your key responsibility will be to ensure accurate and timely data is maintained in our team databases. This data is the basis for the field delivered data and instructions as well as our team and client reporting services. You will need to have an analytical mind, great attitude, and customer service approach. You will also be given responsibility to perform team routing tasks to affect the efficient routing of our representatives in the field.
Job Responsibilities/DutiesIn this position, you will be responsible for maintaining multiple databases. This maintenance will broadly relate to products, stores, and representatives.
You will be responsible for identifying and assisting in the resolution of reporting problems. As new reporting needs are identified by your team you will work with the ARTS technical team to specify the reporting need and help define.
In this position, you will be a key facilitator of communication to the field and back to the ARTS technical team. You will be responsible for timely, professional, and accurate communication to the business and to ARTS.
You will be required to assist your team members in using the field software (handheld, web-based, IVR) and ensuring that a training manual for the team is maintained.
Follow through in tracking and resolving technical and procedural issues
Perform various other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Required Skills:Good troubleshooting skills; ability to easily handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Highly analytical with a strong attention to detail
Adjust on the fly to various challenges. Be a team player willing to do what it takes to provide first class assistance to our representatives in the field.
Required Qualifications and EducationAA Degree or equivalent in applicable work experience.
Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Word. Exposure to MS Access.
