Client Support Specialist

HealthLine Systems, a leading software solutions provider for the healthcare industry, is seeking a Support Specialist to provide end-user support for our medical credentialing and call center software. This position will operate from our Rancho Bernardo corporate office.

This position will work with end users to troubleshoot and resolve software issues over the telephone and via a web-based remote desktop control tool.

REQUIREMENTS
Skills/knowledge in the following areas are required to succeed in the position:

·Good verbal and written communication skills.
·Ability to quickly assess client requests and identify solutions.
·Strong customer-focused orientation.
·Strong working knowledge of MS Windows 2000 and XP Operating Systems in a LAN/WAN environment.
·BS/BA in an Information Systems or related program

Additional meaningful knowledge includes:
·Understanding of ASP
·Working knowledge of Microsoft's Component Object Model (COM)
·Practical knowledge of relational database management.
·Healthcare experience is desirable.
