Client Support Representatives

HighPoints Learning, Inc. (HPL) provides Web-based math educational services to help K-12 schools achieve Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP). We deliver online math content, aligned to state/school district curriculum standards, math instructions planning and management tools, assessment, prescription and related services to school learners from grade 1 to 12. We combine the state-of-art technology and the “proven learning practices” and deliver ready-to-use services to help today's learners achieve higher academic success.

We currently seek highly motivated and experienced Client Support Representatives to join our Atlanta, Georgia team. The successful candidate will manage multiple after-school instructors. This person will also provide a level of customer service for our clients.

Key responsibilities include:
Coordinate/assign instructors to testing labs.
Prepare paperwork related to student attendance and behavior.
Serve as a liaison between clients and upper management.
REQUIREMENTS
Associate's degree.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates preferred.
Must have reliable transportation to drive between locations.
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
