Client Support Representative
Responsibilities: Phone support for the federal and state tax compliance product of CORPTAX, LLC (CORPTAX ETS, CORPTax & related legacy domestic applications). Ensure client satisfaction by quickly and accurately resolving client issues. Identify problems or issues with software and submit program change requests to development group. Make recommendations to management and/or development groups on how support or programs can be improved.
Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting or related studies.
Certification: CPA preferred, but not required.
Experience: 1+ years of federal and state tax, tax accounting and/or information systems knowledge or experience. Prior work with Windows applications software and/or in-house Corporate federal/state tax software is a plus. Excellent communication and client service skills, sales & use tax experience is a plus as well as past experience developing or maintaining spreadsheet and/or software applications.About CORPTAX, LLC
