SOURCECORP Under the direction of the Manager and general instruction of the Facility Contact, the Client Services Rep is responsible for authorizing medical record requests, photocopying requested information, and calculating invoices. This position requires excellent communication and customer service skills as the individual will have telephone and in-person contact with requestors. The ability to maintain set productivity and quality assurance standards are a must. Must be willing to travel in NE Wisconsin with changing schedule.
REQUIREMENTS
High School diploma, or equivalent, is preferred. Must be able to communicate effectively in the English language. Clerical or medical records experience helpful. Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license & acceptable driving record, proof of automobile insurance is required. Refer to job #449
