Purpose:
Client Service Reps. Will be the Account Executive's right hand person. Will be receiving extremely high call volume.
Will have to learn all the products and be able to answer basic questions about them to customers. They do not have to be
computer savvy, but need to be able to navigate an internal database. Qualified candidates will have strong communication skills,
be friendly, outgoing and detail oriented. they need to have experience as a CSR. Should want to move into an inside or outside
sales role in the future.Client Relations Rep. We would like to start as a temp position to convert to a permanent position. The
person needs to have good telephone skills, ability to think on his/her feet. At this time of the year we normally like to interview
people with business degrees.A client relations rep has to know all our products so they can anwser scenario calls from our
brokers, each CRR handles the accounts of 3 to 4 Account Executes. When the Account Executives are out on Sales Calls the
CRR handles any issue or problem or question a broker might have.Classification:Contract-to-HireCompensation:
