Client Service Associate/Coverage Officer

Client Service Professionals and Coverage Officers
Duties are varied and complex, requiring significant experiences. Understands how product improvements may better serve customer needs. Understands how to cross-sell products to customers and proposes alternate solutions. Improve client satisfaction scores on products and services as evidenced by client and industry surveys. Establish and manage client service level agreements that drive end to end service delivery across all products. Establish and manage client level performance metrics as determined by the client SLA's. Is an integral member of the relationship management team responsible for representing JPMorgan to its clients. A major component of the role is to manage the relationship between JPMorgan's operational areas and consult with its clients', ensuring an optimal result for both parties is achieved. Assist the Relationship Manager with work on strategic and revenue client based issues and opportunities.
Client Service Manager
Client Service Manager will have responsibility for overall service delivery provided to a client or group of clients. This will entail building strong client relationships in order to drive service quality consistency and enhancements. Will also have responsibility for building and maintaining a network of partners through the product and service delivery organizations in order to promote client focus and drive overall service quality. Establish and manage client SLA's that drive end to end service delivery across all business products. Establish and maintain relationships with clients in order to deliver consistent service levels and lead change to constantly improve the operational effectiveness between the client and JPMorgan (drive service quality and efficiency).
