Our office in Boston (Brighton) is looking for a Client Service Associate to join our team on a full-time basis.

Job Description:
The Client Service Associate (CSA) partners with Directors of Client Service (DCS), consultants, and other Novations’ departments to support the full spectrum of sales support and client implementation of our solutions. The CSA is responsible for helping the DCS maintain client relationships, supporting sales by preparing sales documents (i.e. proposals, presentations, cost estimates, etc…), overseeing project implementation, and ensuring our services are delivered profitably and with high quality.

Job Responsibilities:
•Partner with/support 2-4 Directors of Client Services to build their territory, prospect for new business, coordinate implementation of sold solutions, and follow-up.
•Support the sales process with assigned DCS (includes proposal coordination/writing, business research, marketing coordination, etc…).
•Prepare, coordinate and organize all sales documents (contracts, MSAs, proposals, cost estimates).
•Ensure that solutions are priced in a way that maximizes revenue and profitability.
•Ensure that sold solutions are poised for profitable and flawless execution by coordinating and collaborating with internal and external resources.
•Handle assigned account activities and implementations (including processing orders, invoicing/billing duties, reporting activities, etc…).
•Understand the scope and timing of implementation/help ensure scope is respected and timelines are met.
•Serve as one of the client’s primary contacts for customer related issues.
•Partner with DCS to contact clients (and prospects) on a regular basis in order to maintain (or build) relationship and introduce new products and services.
•Other client service implementation or sales support activities, as requested.

REQUIREMENTS
Skills/Qualifications:
•2-5 years of sales, sales support, and/or customer service experience
•BA/BS Degree in Business, Communications, or equivalent is required
•Detailed-orientated and organized
•Ability to prioritize among conflicting demands
•Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
•Excellent communication skills (verbal/written)
•Ability to function in a team atmosphere
•Superior organizational/time management skills. A "we-can-make-it-happen" attitude is essential
•High level of skill in Microsoft Office suite of products a must
•Experience with contact management software such as Salesforce.com, SalesLogix or GoldMine is highly desired
•Experience with accounting software such as GreatPlains or Accura is highly desired
