Claims Representatives

We are looking for Liability, Property and Auto Physical Damage Representatives to handle claims in Phoenix, Flagstaff, Mesa and Tucson offices. Liability Claims Representatives: Will investigate, determine liability, confirm coverage, establish damages on personal injury claims, and negotiate the settlement of claims within an assigned territory. Work closely with policyholders, claimants, agents, members of the medical profession

APD Claims Representatives: Inspect damaged vehicles and determine claims related damage, estimate the cost of repairs or replacement of damaged vehicles, identify subrogation rights, establish damages, report status, and negotiate settlements (has authority to make payment of assigned claims within prescribed limits. Work closely with the insured, claimants and body and repair shops

Property Claims Representatives: Will inspect damaged property and determine claims related damage, estimate the cost of repairs or replacement of damaged or stolen property report status, and negotiate settlements (has authority to make payment of assigned claims within prescribed limits). Work closely with the insured and contractors

Identify subrogation rights, report on claim status and negotiate settlements (has authority to make payment of assigned claims within set limits)
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree, insurance and/or customer service experience

Excellent customer service and communication skills, sound judgment and decision making skills

Valid driver's license

Must pass pre-employment test and be able to attend a 3 week off-site training course

Computer proficiency

Spanish speakers are encouraged to apply
