Claims Call Center Representative
The Claims Customer Service Rep will answer incoming telephone calls and communicate with clients regarding benefits, status of claims and policies. They will work closely with the intake nurses, examiners and file coordinators. Assist clients with claims billing problems. Special projects as required.

REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to type accurately
• Ability to work within a Windows Operating system and related programs
• Ability to communicate policy information in a clear and detailed manner
• Ability to be a team player
• General insurance knowledge
• High School diploma or GED is required
• Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Word and Excel or similar programs required
• Minimum of one (1) year of general office or insurance customer service/claims/call center experience required, preferably in long term care insurance
• Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
• General Insurance Industry knowledge
