At Park ‘N Fly we work a flexible schedule that includes daytime, evening, weekend and holiday shifts.

Currently we are looking for Customer Service specialists / Cashiers to represent our company and attend our lot! The duties include:

Make eye contact with each customer and greet with a friendly smile. Present a customer service oriented image at all times. Interact positively and pleasantly with customers and employees.

Perform all duties associated with the cashier position including, but not limited to: read and accurately follow documentations (revenue control equipment, etc) make accurate change, prepare bank deposits, complete reports, deposit charge batches, and balance all shift accounts.

Comprehend and operate Park and Fly computers, automated parking systems and other cashier related programs. Maintain knowledge of all discounts, promotions, special offers, etc.

Provide, maintain and ensure complete customer service. Resolve minor customer complaints or concerns.

Serve as manager on duty when management is absent from the facility. Direct employee activities, ensure 3-5 minute service, record events in management log.Job Requirements
The ideal customer service specialist / cashier will possess the following requirements:

Minimum of 18 years of age.

Professional overall image and appearance.

Bondable. Clean/Clear criminal record.

Comply with all required drug and alcohol testing programs including random testing.

Minimum of high school diploma.

Minimum of two (2) years customer service experience or direct contact with customers.

Ability to clearly communicate verbally, in writing, and in English.

Knowledge of computers, automated cashier systems, etc.
