Cash Management Coordinator

Currently Kelly Services is looking for an individual who will have an opportunity to put their skills into action while developing new ones working as a Cash Management Coordinator.




Job Description:



- Responsible for setting up online banking cash management products. Provides ongoing system and product support.


- Provides technical support to clients for resolution of issues with the online personal and small business products.


- Monitors the email boxes for the GAP products.


- Pulls off applications daily from those emails, verifies security information and account information against that of our ITI database.


- Prepares appropriate documentation to add and/or maintain the system for clients, involving adds/deletes/changes to users, and setup for account profiles.


- Ensures that the system is properly configured to meet each client's needs and requirements.


- Keeps the database up to date with new information regarding these setups. Ensures high quality of service by providing timely solutions to client problems.


- Performs other duties as assigned.



Requirements:



- Minimum of one (1) year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.


- Strong personal computer skills.


- Experience with cash management related software preferred.


- Good communication skills.
