Career Opportunity - Sales Administration

Description – This position will be responsible to produce and audit sales reports for General Agency operation using Microsoft Excel and Word, data analysis, maintain supply inventory for mailings and prepare and assimilate materials for various mailings and recruiting seminars. This position will also answer phones and serve as a backup to executive and administrative assistants during their absences and/or vacations.


Job Requirements


Education – High school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications – Qualified candidates must have proficient use of Microsoft Word and advanced Excel skills, exemplary organizational, communication and time management skills. Candidates must also type 40-45 wpm and have professional and courteous telephone skills.

Working Conditions – Heavy PC usage and phone usage. Occasionally bends/stoops, squats, crouches, kneels, balances and pushes/pulls. Rarely crawls, climbs and reaches above shoulder level. Occasionally lifts from waist to overhead, from floor to waist, carries and pushes up to 24 pounds. Non-smoking environment.
