Career Opportunity - Assistant Actuary

Description – This position will be a member of the corporate actuarial team, working on Torchmark-wide valuation systems and database implementation.

Job Requirements

Education – College degree. SOA Exams P, FM, M and C minimum.

Qualifications – Minimum five years experience. Strong actuarial knowledge and mathematical skills required. Knowledge of MS Excel and databases required. Working knowledge of valuation systems and/or PolySystems required. Must be willing to travel regularly between Torchmark sites.

Working Conditions – Non-smoking environment.
