Call Representative

SHIFTS AVAILABLE:
Full Time and Part Time, 1st and 2nd

Provides prompt and courteous service to Members who are requesting emergency road service, auto travel or membership information via incoming calls.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Assists Members with their needs, complaints, questions, problems concerns and requests in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner.
-Obtains and enters accurate information into the member service computer systems.
-Completes Members calls within the set timeframe that relates to AAA quality standards.
-Cross-sells AAA services and products at all available opportunities or when the service or product is directly related to the member’s request.
-Maintains general knowledge of all club services, benefits, and costs to better serve our members.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be committed to providing excellent customer service, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment. Skills needed include strong typing, map reading and basic knowledge of Windows based software.
