Call Center Lead

Classification: Temporary Compensation: $14.00 to $16.00 per hour Lancaster call center has a direct hire opportunity for a Lead Customer Service Rep.
Job duties will include answering questions from team members, handling escalated calls, handling day-to-day call monitoring and coaching, providing feedback from call monitoring and coaching to the supervisor, escalating any disciplinary situations to the supervisor, provide feedback in a comprehensive written format, fill in when team members from their department or other departments are out.
Must have good customer service related skills and good verbal communication. Must show good judgment and problem solving skills. Must have the ability to effectively run the floor efficiently and professionally.
