Call Attendant

Under moderate supervision, operates a call director or switchboard console and/or performs receptionist functions. Maintains professional courtesy and customer service to all callers. Ability to communicate clearly and accurately to callers in order to maintain quality customer service. General knowledge of call director or switchboard console and department/office operations.
REQUIREMENTS
High school education or equivalent training, plus a minimum of 6 months of relevant work experience preferred.
