CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - North West, Las Vegas

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE Needed for a fast paced, casual working environmentLabor Systems Temporary Services, a construction, manufacturing and labor staffing company is hiring for a full-time Customer Service Representative for our North West Las Vegas office. We provide employment services to clients seeking individuals to work in the labor, construction and manufacturing industries. Must have the ability to work effectively with individuals of all backgrounds and skill level.
This is an internal, regular full-time position with Labor Systems Temporary Services.The Customer Service Representative will support branch operations by responding to the business needs of our clients, coordinating job assignments for temporary workers, along with overseeing and carrying out the administration of the daily office operations.
Responsibilities for the CSR include, but not limited to the following:Assist new applicants with the employment process
Dispatch workers for daily job assignments
Input and maintain computerized customer account information
Process temporary worker payroll from completed work tickets
Input and maintain accounts receivable to ensure accuracy of the billing process
Conduct billing and closing procedures
Provide office support by organizing and maintaining the office filing system, and operate the basic office equipment (fax, phone, etc)
Assign and collect working gear and tools
Assist with other job related tasks as neededOFFICE HOURS: 4:30am to 12:30pm Monday-Friday
SALARY: Depending on experience, Submit salary requirements with resume

REQUIREMENTS
The Customer Service Representative
--Must have a minimum of 6 months of customer service, retail and/or clerical work experience
--Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and/or database applications
--Must have the ability to work independently and in a team environment
--Must be detail oriented and have the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
