As a leading manufacturer of home theater audio products, Velodyne is known for superior subwoofer products sold worldwide. We are seeking a hands-on CSR to join our team in our corporate offices in Morgan Hill, just 20 miles south of San Jose. Come join our growing team!

·Issue RMA’s for Repair/Credit/Exchange.
·Assist customers/callers with technical questions relative to the Hook-up, Operation and Usage of subwoofers and audio products.
·Position requires knowledge of audio basics, familiarity with receivers and speakers.
·Able to communicate clearly via telephone and e-mail.
·Able to lift 25 lbs.
·1-3 Years similar experience desired.
