Do you have great communication skills? If so, we have an excellent opportunity for you. We are currently seeking an office professional to join our team. This position will respond to customer inquiries, enter customer data, and handle paperwork to ensure smooth customer service. This position requires the utmost professionalism, etiquette, team player attitude, appearance and attendance qualities.p>Responsibilities include: Respond to Customer Inquiries – answer inbound telephone calls from customers, research and resolve customer problems. Process Customer Paperwork –enter customer invoices, sales orders, purchase orders, file work orders and invoices. This position requires great attention to detail. Knowledge of shipping and working within a manufacturing environment a must. REQUIREMENTS Must have minimum 5+ years office experience.
Must be able to type 50 wpm and proficient in the MSOffice Suite.
Knowledge of Purchasing
Shipping and receiving experience
Must have experience working within a manufacturing environment.
Strong proficiency with QuickBooks desired
Excellent customer service skills Desire to handle heavy inbound calls Interfacing daily with customers and vendors on the phone and in person. Ability to contribute and operate in a team environment
