Typical customer interactions include answering product & service inquiries and recommending solutions, processing service requests and resolving service troubles and billing issues.

REQUIREMENTS
Required Qualifications:
1+ years demonstrated customer service experience
1+ years demonstrated sales experience
Other Qualifications:
-Bachelors or Associate degree in related field is highly desirable.
Understanding of the telecommunications industry and products/services
Ability to adapt to rapid changes
Familiarity with local businesses and the community
Excellent interpersonal communication skills (i.e., verbal, written, listening)
Problem solving skills (i.e. customer complaints, business office issues)
