Job Description:
Position Purpose

Supervise sales support staff. Position includes supervisory duties and may include duties interfacing with budgeting, accounting, human resources, purchasing, and other functional groups.


Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities


Supervise daily operation for Sales Support, including staff development, training and performance evaluations.


Troubleshoot problems and takes corrective action in support of the Sales Department.


Consult with department heads and other staff on improving the sales and marketing process.


Support the Sales Manager by advising sales staff on status and improvement opportunities.


Duties may include assistance with establishing goals, quotas, sales territories and possible advertising
techniques, and analysis of sales statistics.


Develop methods and procedures to increase sales and promote business.


Other duties as assigned.

Must be eighteen years of age or older


Must pass the Drug Test


Must pass the Background Check


Must pass pre-employment tests if applicable


Education Required - The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high
school diplomas and/or GED.

Physical Job Requirements

Frequent periods are spent standing or sitting in the same location with some opportunity to move about; occasionally there may be a need to stoop or lift light objects (typically less
than 8 pounds)
